At BaseGear, we know you're eager to get your gear and get out the door. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.

Free Shipping on All Orders

Every order from BaseGear ships free — no minimum order, no exceptions. Whether you're picking up a single headlamp or outfitting your entire camp kit, shipping is always on us.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be picked up for processing on the next business day. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, followed by a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once the order is on its way.

Delivery windows are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Actual transit times may vary based on carrier capacity, customs clearance, or high-volume periods such as holidays.

Order Tracking

All BaseGear orders include full shipment tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive your tracking number via email and can monitor your delivery in real time through the carrier's tracking portal.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders are processed on the same timeline as domestic orders. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility. BaseGear has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Delays and Issues
