Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your BaseGear purchase. If something isn't right, we'll work to fix it. Here's how our return and refund process works.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original, unmodified condition
  • The item is in its original packaging with all included accessories, tags, and documentation
  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

How to Start a Return

Email our support team at [use the contact form below] with your order number and reason for the return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Do not ship items back without a return authorization — items returned without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. BaseGear is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll cover return shipping costs and offer you:

  • A full replacement sent at no additional charge, or
  • A complete refund to your original payment method

We take product quality seriously, and we'll always make it right when something goes wrong on our end.

Refund Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Used, assembled, or modified items
  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
